About the Role

This is a demanding senior leadership role at the very heart of our operations. You will be responsible for upholding the integrity of our entire content pipeline, from vetting enterprise prospects to making final editorial decisions on sensitive information. Trustworthiness, impeccable judgment, and the ability to learn and adapt are the most critical skills for this position.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and mentor a world-class team of at least 5 Content Curators.
  • Lead the search for the most important words, actions, and life events of a subject.
  • Conduct rigorous vetting of prospective enterprise clients to ensure alignment with our core principles.
  • Act as the final arbiter for sensitive and private information, ensuring privacy and accuracy.
  • Define the scope of work and strategic direction for your team's high-stakes projects.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in a field requiring high-stakes data analysis, investigation, journalism, or archival management.
  • A demonstrated history of leadership with a strong, unwavering ethical compass.
  • Unquestionable integrity and a proven ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
